This workshop will allow you to create and work a complete sustainable and simple sales plan that brings results.

Any salesperson that has a desire to improve their sales results in 2011 through an intelligent, sane and simple sales plan that is easy to execute, provides visibility for improvement and focuses on real results. COURSE OUTLINE
Over four-2 hours interactive classroom sessions, we will develop and execute a frame work for a workable and effective sales management plan. We will identify and breakdown into simple components a selling process by defining the structure, identifying the tools and key strategies to improve sales results. We will look at:

× Scripting – Elevator, Value Proposition, Cold and Warm Call and Email Scripts

TIME REQUIREMENTS
Time requirement is two hours per week for 4 weeks for a total 8 hours of classroom instruction. Attendees will be required to complete the assigned weekly homework between classes in order to benefit fully from this workshop.
This workshop is limited to a maximum of 10 attendees.
Workshops are held at the Better Business Bureau Conference Center in Austin
